Troubleshooting

Email Problems

What is my e-mail address with COMSATS?

As with almost any Internet Service Provider, your e-mail address starts with your userID/login, and ends with the domain name. If your userID was "userid", then your e-mail address with COMSATS would be userid@pes.comsats.net.pk. Anyone with the suffix "@pes.comsats.net.pk" is an COMSATS user. If you happen to have a web hosting account with your own domain, then your e-mail addresses will have your domain name rather than @pes.comsats.net.pk

What are your incoming/outgoing mail server names?

Our incoming mail server uses the POP3 mail protocol and the name of the server is 210.56.15.10. Our outgoing mail server uses the SMTP mail protocol and the name of the server is 210.56.15.10.
